What's in a day?

     Hey y'all! Obviously this is my first post on Lifting, Teaching and my Dog but I used to have a blog called Traveling Through My Eyes. I learned a lot of things through that blog experience and I am going to start again. No one cares about some of the things that I was writing about, and I only wrote about them because I thought I needed to keep writing. I've always wanted to be a writer...I just haven't found my spot in writing yet. I'm going to keep trying though...and that is what is important.
I find that the most interesting things to read, are things that the author feels passionately about. In the words of Weaver from The Carrie Diaries, "...whatever scares you the most that’s what you have to write about. That’s the good stuff. Truly great writers can’t stand a safe place." And I'm still finding what scares me the most to write about.
    So bare with me, it might take me a while and I always welcome criticism or comments! But overall, this blog will be a way for me to truly say what I am thinking and hopefully entertain you all as well. I already have a few topics for my next few posts lined up so get excited! :)
